At Eikon Tattoo Supply, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality equipment to the professional tattooing community. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all needles and sterile supplies remain in their factory-sealed blisters to be eligible for credit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our distribution center using a tracked shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
